Senior Talent Acquisition Partner

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from intake and sourcing through interviews, offer negotiation, and onboarding. Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and develop tailored recruiting strategies. Proactively source candidates through various methods and conduct candidate screenings and structured interviews.

At least 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience. Advanced English proficiency. Demonstrated experience recruiting commercial or sales talent within SaaS, technology, or insights organizations. Experience recruiting across Latin America.
