Receive and enable last-mile warehouses; coordinate the delivery of properties with developers and owners, ensuring compliance with agreed specifications before operations commence. Manage the necessary electrical installations for each center to function safely and efficiently. Implement agile solutions within warehouses; coordinate the installation of rapid operational setups (racks, signage, zoning, functional furniture). Lead construction and office space habilitation projects from concept to handover.

Professional degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Architecture, or related fields. Previous experience in construction projects in logistics, industrial, or commercial sectors. Proficiency in Excel and data visualization/analysis tools. Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Project is required. Knowledge of English and/or Portuguese is desirable.
