Attend to the needs of business associates and build relationships to offer ideal financial solutions. Manage and develop a portfolio of business associates, conduct external visits to strengthen relationships, and maintain updated records. Prospect new associates and control the collection of operations while managing the portfolio.

Bachelor's degree required. Experience in customer service, preferably in financial institutions. Knowledge of financial products and services. C-PRO R certification from Anbima is preferred.
