Establish team standards for AI-assisted development, including effective prompting and security guardrails. Integrate AI into developer workflows and automation tooling. Document patterns, runbooks, and onboarding guides for future use. Operate production services, including on-call and incident management.
What We're Looking For
8+ years of software/platform engineering experience with technical leadership. Expert in HashiCorp Boundary and deep AWS networking experience. Strong skills in Azure networking, Terraform, and Python. Familiarity with DevSecOps practices and AI tooling.
