Oversee corporate projects aimed at process optimization, enhancing member experience, productivity, and profitability.

Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, or related fields. Completed postgraduate studies, MBA, or specialization. Proven experience in process management, continuous improvement, and organizational transformation. Strong leadership skills with experience in team management and results-oriented approaches.
