Core Responsibilities

This role involves setting the visual standard by building brand systems, guidelines, and templates for two brands, alongside executing high-volume production tasks like landing pages, email templates, and ad creatives. The designer will own creative output end-to-end, working directly with the VP of Marketing, and is expected to use AI tools extensively to increase output speed and quality.

Requirements

Candidates must have 3–6 years of professional design experience with a portfolio demonstrating proficiency across various assets, including landing pages, digital ads, print collateral, and email design. Essential technical requirements include expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, landing page builders (like Unbounce), email design tools, and active, professional use of AI image generation and assistant tools.
