Define and execute the people strategy for MetLife Colombia, translating business plans into measurable people priorities. Lead the annual HR plan and people scorecard aligned with regional and global priorities. Oversee compliance with labor regulations and manage HR operations, including payroll and rewards strategy.

Bachelor's degree in a related field; postgraduate or executive education is valued. Over 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Advanced English proficiency and experience in labor relations, particularly in financial services with a distributed sales force.
