Core Responsibilities

The role involves the analysis, registration, and tracking of Labor Risk claims (SCTR, VL, AP, and FOLA), alongside providing consultation and support to both external and internal clients until claim settlement and payment. This includes managing labor claims, providing advice, and supporting EPS reimbursements.

Requirements

Candidates must possess knowledge of Human Risk insurance laws and regulations, along with a minimum of one year of experience working in an insurance broker or company. Essential soft skills include the ability to work under pressure, customer service orientation, problem-solving capacity, proactivity, and high analytical skills for policy interpretation.
