Manage real-time operational incidents and optimize established transport routes to ensure service quality. Oversee unit documentation, coordinate with hosts for feedback, and ensure the fulfillment of established KPIs.

Requirements

Requires a technical degree in Administration, Logistics, or Operations with basic to intermediate English. Must have a personal vehicle and a profile oriented toward corporate customer service.
