Key Responsibilities: Establish SOP version control standards and documentation governance processes. Create, organize, and maintain company SOPs and process documentation. Develop onboarding and new-hire training programs for core positions. Create learning materials, assessments, guides, and training resources. Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and undocumented workflows across departments. Develop training materials, assessments, guides, and learning resources directly aligned with approved SOPs. Create systems to monitor employee training completion, assessments, and development milestones. Partner with managers and HR to align training programs with career progression and promotion pathways. Build onboarding programs and role-specific training pathways based on documented processes. Design systems for tracking SOP ownership, revisions, approvals, and updates.
Requirements
Qualifications: Experience creating SOPs, process documentation, or operational playbooks. Experience developing training materials, onboarding programs, or educational content. Strong written communication skills with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to interview stakeholders and extract information effectively. Strong organizational and project management skills. Experience working cross-functionally with different teams and departments. Comfortable learning new software and leveraging AI tools to improve productivity. Ability to follow established processes while identifying opportunities for improvement. Self-starter with strong initiative and follow-through. Nice-to-Haves: Experience with learning management systems (LMS). Experience with curriculum design software. Background in operations, process improvement, or knowledge management. Familiarity with documentation tools such as Notion, Confluence, Trainual, Guru, or similar platforms. Experience supporting remote teams.
