Provide support and service via tickets, WhatsApp, and email to partner real estate agencies, ensuring deadlines, quality, and quick resolution of demands. Monitor and analyze operational metrics, identifying bottlenecks in the integration journey and proposing action plans. Extract, process, and analyze large volumes of data using SQL, Google Sheets, and advanced Excel to support decision-making and create reports/dashboards.

Solid experience in customer service, relationship management, or B2B Customer Success/Implementation. Proficiency in Google Sheets and advanced Excel (formulas, data processing, and analysis). Knowledge of SQL for operational data extraction and analysis. Proven ability in stakeholder management and articulate interpersonal communication.
