Coordinate and plan the air cargo operation, ensuring alignment with the strategic plan and collaboration between different areas. Execute, monitor, and optimize the air operation by supervising the logistics flow from origin centers to delivery, ensuring maximum occupancy and delivery speed. Act as the main operational contact with external logistics providers, managing contracts and follow-up routines. Resolve operational incidents and implement corrective actions while monitoring management indicators.
Requirements
Experience in logistics operations management, preferably in air operations. Demonstrated analytical skills, results orientation, and continuous improvement with proficiency in management and data analysis tools. Ability to interact with stakeholders at various levels in matrix structures. Availability to work flexibly with presence at the airport, based in Argentina.
