Contact potential clients by phone using an automatic calling system. Explain the benefits of the Plata Credit Card and other financial products. Close sales and assist clients during the activation and post-sale process. Record your activities and collaborate with the team using digital tools.

Completed high school diploma (desirable). Basic knowledge of digital tools. Ability to negotiate and handle objections. Availability for full-time work, including occasional Saturdays.

Monthly base salary of $10,000 gross. Attractive commission scheme with monthly earnings of up to $20,000 or more. Biweekly payment and statutory benefits from day one. 12 vacation days in the first year, 15 days of Christmas bonus, 25% vacation premium, and health insurance after 90 days.
