Core Responsibilities

Lead training projects by implementing and executing area programs while demonstrating proven gains. Identify risks in logistics processes and define mitigation plans through existing initiatives, practical training, and monitoring indicators. Serve as an operational reference for the team, ensuring effective communication and standardized service regardless of hierarchy. Analyze training team indicators and tools to propose changes and improvements based on metrics and training needs.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree required. Knowledge of quality tools, continuous improvement, and routine management. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; desirable knowledge in SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools. Availability to work in Marília - SP.
