Plan the distribution of finished products and monitor availability to ensure compliance with monthly sales team quotas. Create sales and distribution forecasts aligned with logistics operations to enhance storage and transportation capacity. Coordinate transfer and cabotage operations, ensuring service quality, operational safety, and cost efficiency.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience in Logistics Operations and team management. Knowledge of logistics KPI management and TMS tools (OTM/SAP). Proficiency in Excel and Power BI.

The position offers a hybrid work model, allowing remote work on certain days of the week. There is no relocation support available.
