Manage and develop a portfolio of agricultural associates, focusing on rural producers and entrepreneurs. Conduct commercial visits to maintain an active portfolio and offer financial solutions tailored to agricultural needs. Analyze rural activity data to propose financial solutions such as rural credit and insurance.

Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Administration, Accounting, or related fields. Active ANBIMA certification (CPA, C-PRO R or C-PRO I). Proven experience in managing agricultural associate portfolios, particularly large accounts.
