Manage and monitor the candidate admission process in SAP SuccessFactors, LDAP, and access systems, including weekends during peak periods. Control daily candidates on hold and resolve issues with relevant teams. Manage Reference Check and BGC for Brazil, coordinating with KPMG and maintaining daily visibility of status. Analyze operational indicators and identify operational gaps, proposing measurable solutions.
Requirements
4 years of experience in Human Resources operations, Talent Acquisition, or centralized operations with a focus on analytics or back office. Proven experience in coordinating mass admission processes and/or background checks in high-volume hiring companies is desirable. Advanced knowledge of HRIS systems (SAP SuccessFactors or equivalent) and ticketing/support tools is required. Advanced Spanish language skills are necessary.
