Core Responsibilities

The main challenge involves executing and controlling Human Resources Administration processes across Peru (Alicorp and Subsidiaries) and international locations (Bolivia, Ecuador, USA, Uruguay) to minimize labor and administrative risks. This includes managing standardized processes, ensuring data quality for absenteeism, master employee data, and handling technical aspects of SuccessFactors modules like Onboarding and Time Off.

Requirements

Candidates must be graduates in Administration, Human Resources, Industrial Engineering, or related fields, preferably with specialization in Labor Legislation or HR Management. Required technical skills include proficiency in HR administration, process improvement projects, experience with platforms like SuccessFactors, intermediate Microsoft Excel, and intermediate ERP knowledge, along with intermediate English.
