Develop business relationships with members, acting as a sales consultant. Execute the cooperative's commercial strategy by understanding members' life moments and needs, offering tailored financial solutions. Prospect new members and sell products and services while ensuring an excellent member experience.

Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Agronomy, or related fields. Experience in financial institutions or cooperatives is a plus. Desired C-PRO R (CPA 20) certification and knowledge of consultative sales techniques.
