Core Responsibilities

Manage a merchant portfolio and deliver year-on-year growth through cross and up-selling opportunities. Develop and maintain excellent relationships with merchants, creatively solving problems to enhance their experience. Monitor and propose growth strategies to improve merchants' business and negotiate commercial terms.

Requirements

7+ years of experience as an account manager or in business development. Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred. Native Mandarin speaker and fluent in English. Strong analytical skills and 5+ years of experience in e-commerce, OTA, Gaming, or related verticals.
