Senior Manager - Growth & Value Prop, Cuenta Digital

Design and execute the user acquisition, activation, and retention strategy for the digital account business in Chile. Define the value proposition and annual growth plan in collaboration with Growth, Marketing, and product teams. Build growth metrics per user and the roadmap for the upcoming year. Lead the retention plan and monitor key usage KPIs of the app.

Solid experience in strategic projects. Analytical and strategic profile with the ability to translate data into concrete action plans. Leadership skills and collaborative work experience with multiple business areas. Availability to reside in Chile.
