Facilitate agile rites, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Review, and Retrospective. Remove impediments faced by team members and assist in identifying and implementing solutions. Collaborate with the client's Product Owners to ensure that the product backlog is well-defined and prioritized. Train and mentor teams in the adoption of agile practices and Scrum methodologies.

Advanced/fluent English proficiency. Experience as a Scrum Master with proven experience in Scrum and Kanban methodologies in complex, multi-workstream environments. Ability to build rapport with clients and navigate conversations with both business and technical audiences. Genuine enthusiasm for AI adoption.
