Requirements

Candidates should be students or professionals in Systems, IT, or Computer Science fields with initial experience in technical support, either professional or academic. Required knowledge includes hardware configuration, Windows environments, Microsoft 365, basic networking, and familiarity with ITSM tools and SLA-driven service delivery.
