What You'll Do
Design and build end-to-end AI solutions in complex scenarios, optimizing the software development flow. Define engineering standards and consolidate agile solution patterns. Establish quality standards and observability for AI outputs. Act as a technical reference and mentor for team members.
What We're Looking For
Experience with agentic SDLC, including agent construction and prompt engineering. Proven ability to design and develop end-to-end agile solutions. Experience in structuring agent orchestration frameworks and guiding prompt engineering decisions. Technical mentorship experience.
What We Offer
