Trial Success Manager
MotiveWhat You'll Do
Manage and support all trial/proof-of-concept (POC) activities for Enterprise Account Executives and Sales Engineers. Design and configure the Motive platform to meet the unique needs of the client. Act as a subject matter expert and consult on product, change management, and risk management. Create and deliver effective onsite and web-based training and best practice presentations.
What We're Looking For
3+ years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in a fast-paced SaaS environment. Experience managing a software/hardware Proof of Concept or Trial process. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
