Core Responsibilities

This role involves owning the day-to-day administration and configuration of the TraceGains Vendor Management System (VMS), including setting up supplier profiles, item records, and managing required documentation workflows. Responsibilities also include uploading, organizing, and maintaining supplier documentation while ensuring proper version control and data accuracy across the platform.

Requirements

Candidates must have 1–3 years of experience working with a VMS or Supplier Compliance platform, with hands-on experience in TraceGains being strongly preferred. Strong written English communication skills are required for supplier-facing interactions, alongside intermediate to advanced proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel and high attention to detail.
