Act as a technical reference in data and performance for pilots, ensuring daily management decisions are based on structured and reliable data. Participate in the structuring and creation of conversational AI agents and other GenAI tools for pilot tests and projects. Analyze and cross-reference performance data, consumer behavior, and results to generate insights that support pilot direction and new levers.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Administration, Data Science, Economics, or related fields. Experience in Channel, Commercial, Planning, or Performance areas. Strong knowledge in SQL for database manipulation and experience with BI tools like Power BI and Looker/Data Studio.
