Core Responsibilities

Conduct active candidate sourcing and mapping using LinkedIn, job boards, databases, referrals, and other talent attraction sources. Execute sourcing strategies for specialized and hard-to-fill positions. Develop and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and critical roles. Perform initial candidate contact, presenting job opportunities and generating interest in selection processes.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or recent graduate in Psychology, Administration, Human Resources, or related fields. Minimum 1 year of experience in sourcing or headhunting. Knowledge and/or experience recruiting IT Software profiles at the LATAM level. Experience in direct candidate sourcing and managing selection processes.
