Core Responsibilities

Launch, monitor and optimize Paid Media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms. Set up tracking and attribution according to internal guidelines, including AI-assisted tagging validation. Conduct keyword and audience research using both native platform tools and AI-powered research assistants. Build and maintain recurring performance reports, leveraging AI to surface insights.

Requirements

2+ years of experience managing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and/or LinkedIn Ads. Confident working with data and tracking Paid Media KPIs. Active daily user of AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or similar. Experience using AI to produce or improve ad copy, creative briefs, or performance summaries.
