Core Responsibilities

Actively prospect eligible real estate agencies for portfolio sales, generating and qualifying leads. Conduct complex high-value negotiations directly with owners and decision-makers. Utilize decision matrices and pricing calculators to propose customized offers and payment conditions. Maintain an updated pipeline to ensure visibility on deal statuses and coordinate the collection of necessary documents for internal auditing.

Requirements

Experience in commercial sales, particularly in B2B environments. Strong negotiation skills and ability to handle complex financial scenarios. Familiarity with real estate market dynamics and the ability to empathize with clients' emotional investments. Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
