This role involves leading recurring technical agendas and visits with top restaurant POS vendors, acting as a bridge between integration partners' needs and internal Engineering/Product teams to influence the technical roadmap. The analyst will also manage large-scale communication flows to integrators and lead major events like the Integrators Forum.
Requirements
Candidates must have a degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fields, along with technical knowledge of API architecture and data flows sufficient to communicate with developers. Essential soft skills include strong influence, negotiation, an entrepreneurial profile, high organizational capacity for simultaneous projects, and analytical skills for interpreting performance indicators.
