Core Responsibilities

Own the studio's resource management function, maintaining real-time visibility of team capacity and active workloads. Partner with the Program Director to allocate resources against active and incoming briefs, balancing quality and SLA compliance. Track and report on studio utilization metrics, flagging trends and recommending corrective actions. Support the onboarding of new team members and maintain the studio's skills matrix.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in resource management or creative operations in a creative or marketing agency environment. Proficiency with project management and resource planning tools such as OMG, Workfront, or Smartsheet. Strong analytical skills and excellent coordination and communication skills. Professional proficiency in English; Spanish proficiency is a strong advantage.
