Act as a strategic partner to regional leaders, influencing talent decisions and aligning hiring expectations. Identify gaps in the candidate journey and current processes, leading the creation of new workflows and methodologies for operational efficiency.

Requirements

Solid experience in end-to-end recruitment in the LATAM market, with a mandatory background in the Mexican market. Previous experience leading talent acquisition projects focused on process structuring or improvement. Fluency in English and Spanish is essential for interaction with candidates and global leaders. Strong analytical skills to transform metrics into actionable plans.
