Core Responsibilities

Manage employee onboarding processes, including sending invitations and preparing presentations. Ensure accuracy in employee data entry into internal systems. Prepare and organize document folders for new hires, ensuring all forms are complete. Send welcome emails to new employees with essential information about their first day.

Requirements

1 to 2 years of experience in an administrative HR role or similar position. Familiarity with HR systems like Bamboo HR. Intermediate to advanced English proficiency. Strong communication skills and ability to conduct sessions for large groups.
