Manage the performance, scalability, and expansion of the team's tools, acting as a strategic link between the development area and operations. Transform large volumes of complex data into actionable insights to support strategic decision-making. Develop real-time reports and dashboards using BigQuery, SQL, Python, and Power BI, applying Artificial Intelligence to accelerate analyses and optimize planning processes.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Administration, Logistics, Economics, or related fields. Advanced knowledge in SQL, BigQuery, Power BI, Looker Studio, and Python for automation and analysis; experience with AI applied to data is desirable. Experience in large-scale logistics operations or transport companies, preferably with exposure to line haul/middle mile operations.
