The specialist will act as the engine of the recruitment process by identifying, vetting, and engaging top-tier talent across LATAM and international markets, focusing heavily on Creative talent like Visual and Product Design. Responsibilities include executing aggressive sourcing strategies, reviewing design portfolios, initiating proactive outreach to passive candidates, and maintaining operational excellence in tracking candidate data.

Requirements

Candidates need at least one year of professional experience in Talent Acquisition or a startup environment, with mandatory experience sourcing candidates within LATAM and strong English communication skills (B2+). A key requirement is the ability to accurately review design portfolios and a process-obsessed, highly organized approach to managing high-volume requests.
