Core Responsibilities

Provides after-hours support to drivers, clients, and brokers to resolve transportation and hours-of-service issues. Coordinates with various departments to ensure quality customer service and timely paperwork submission.

Requirements

Requires a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field with a strong understanding of accounting fundamentals. Must possess excellent English communication skills and proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
