Design and implement the occupational health strategy focusing on health promotion, care, and protection to reduce absenteeism and turnover. Manage health programs, medical exams, ergonomics, industrial hygiene, and emotional health. Collaborate with People and Safety teams to drive projects, continuous improvement, audits, and compliance with current legal regulations in Mexico.

Professional in Medicine with a specialization or master's degree in Occupational Health, with title and professional licenses. Minimum of 6 years of leadership experience in occupational health, preferably managing local medical teams and telemedicine models. Knowledge of occupational health, public health, and current regulations in Mexico (STPS, SSA, IMSS).
