What You'll Do
Perform field collection management directly in the field. Follow up on assigned accounts through routes defined by the supervisor. Maintain effective and professional communication with clients. Meet established recovery objectives.
What We're Looking For
Recent experience in field collection is essential. Experience conducting home visits and following collection routes is required. Must have a personal car or motorcycle (preferred).
What We Offer
Base salary of $10,000 gross monthly. Productivity bonus of up to $8,000 biweekly. Gasoline support of $1,000 monthly. Legal benefits from day one and additional benefits beyond the law.
