Product Trainer
HootsuiteCore Responsibilities
Lead internal discovery sessions with cross-functional teams and customers to understand their business goals and training needs. Schedule and prepare for training sessions, including reviewing customer accounts and creating presentation materials. Deliver engaging live webinar and onsite training sessions on Hootsuite products, ensuring content is understood and questions are addressed. Update training components of project plans and meet quarterly customer satisfaction targets.
Requirements
Some practical experience in delivering training, preferably in the tech/SaaS industry. Proven ability to train or teach on technology solutions and explain technical terms clearly. Bilingual in French and English is a plus.
