Gerente de Gestão de Mudanças (Change Management)

Lead change management teams and projects in digital, cultural, and organizational transformations, including M&A. Manage projects ensuring scope, timelines, resources, and quality of deliverables. Define and execute change strategies according to Accenture methodology, covering stakeholders, organizational impacts, communication, training, readiness, and adoption.

Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, Psychology, or related fields. Solid experience in Change Management with leadership of complex teams and projects. Proficiency in methodologies such as ADKAR, Prosci, Kotter, or Lean Change. Advanced English for presentations and workshops.
