Core Responsibilities

The manager will identify, evaluate, and form partnerships with third-party IP owners, creators, and brands aligned with the company's content strategy, while building long-term relationships with key platforms to expand content opportunities and monetization. Responsibilities also include developing proposals, negotiating terms, finalizing agreements, and managing the onboarding and integration of new partners within the ecosystem.

Requirements

Candidates must have over 5 years of experience in content acquisition, distribution, or licensing within broadcasting, streaming, or content ownership environments, possessing comprehensive knowledge of the digital and streaming landscape including social media and monetization strategies. Essential skills include demonstrated analytical capabilities using tools like Excel and PowerPoint, strong creative problem-solving, and excellent communication and collaboration skills for partnering with internal and external stakeholders.
