Provide humanized assistance in emergency situations, guiding clients through critical incidents such as collisions or residential damages. Respond to phone calls, chat messages, and WhatsApp inquiries, managing conflicts and stress effectively. Identify insured clients' needs and utilize multiple technological tools to register and open requests efficiently.

Must be over 18 years old. High school education in progress or completed. Basic knowledge of computer skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to learn new topics quickly and relate well with others.

The position offers a salary of R$1,215.75 and includes a training program lasting 7 initial business days, followed by weekly sessions. The work is conducted on-site in Barra Funda, São Paulo, with a daily schedule of 6 hours plus a 20-minute break.
