The Senior Finance Manager will own and drive the full month-end close process, ensuring accuracy according to US GAAP, and will lead and coordinate external audit activities. This role also involves managing, mentoring, and developing a team of approximately 10 finance professionals.
Requirements
Candidates must have 5–7 years of progressive accounting/finance experience, including a minimum of 2 years in team leadership, with strong demonstrable knowledge of US GAAP and hands-on experience managing the full-cycle month-end close. Required technical proficiency includes NetSuite ERP experience, and preferred qualifications include CA, CMA, MBA Finance, or equivalent.
