Senior Quality Manager, Tijuana (Regulatory & Molding Experience)

Lead and maintain effective site Quality System processes in accordance with regulatory requirements and company policies. Ensure Quality System records are investigated, documented, and completed within timelines. Drive proactive identification of Quality risks and support manufacturing teams in developing robust processes.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Quality, Manufacturing, or a related technical discipline. Demonstrated experience in Quality within a manufacturing environment and with Quality Management Systems. Strong knowledge of root cause analysis, corrective action, and continuous improvement methodologies.
