Manage relationships with associates and other stakeholders, both in the agency and during external visits. Administer and develop the PJ portfolio of the agency. Prospect for new associates and ensure compliance with established goals for the portfolio. Sell financial products and services.

Bachelor's degree completed or in progress from the 6th semester. Anbima certification (C-PRO-R or C-PRO-I). Previous experience in managing PJ portfolios or as a hunter in financial institutions is a significant advantage. Experience in retail sales is a plus.
