QuintoAndarCore Responsibilities
Monitor the performance of the sales team and partner real estate agencies, identifying opportunities to optimize engagement and drive business results. Structure and manage incentive campaigns focusing on behavior, performance, and conversion, defining goals and communication strategies. Design and execute training programs for the sales team, developing playbooks, tools, and routines to ensure operational consistency and quality execution.
Requirements
Previous experience in Sales Enablement, Commercial Operations, Trade Marketing, Growth, or Partner Success. Familiarity with B2B2C ecosystems, indirect channel management, or partner networks. Experience in designing and implementing commercial incentive programs, gamification, or performance campaigns aimed at results.
