Head of Credit - Openbank Mexico

Define the end-to-end credit strategy for Openbank Mexico, including product scope and portfolio priorities. Own the credit P&L, ensuring sustainable growth and balancing origination, pricing, and profitability. Lead end-to-end portfolio management, defining performance objectives and managing growth, risk, and customer value across the credit lifecycle.

Significant senior experience in credit, lending, consumer finance, or digital banking. Proven track record in defining or scaling credit strategies and managing P&L. Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
