Director Product Manager - Payout

Own the multi-year vision across Salesforce and Payout, transforming them into growth-driving commercial platforms. Lead, coach, and grow a high-performing team of Senior Product Managers. Present growth strategies and commercial outcomes to C-level executives, aligning cross-functional initiatives around business expansion.

Solid experience in Product Management, with experience directly managing PMs at the Senior or Staff level. Deep experience in payment systems, financial platforms, or high-stakes B2B operational platforms. Ability to set the AI agenda for a product portfolio and practical fluency with LLM/agent tooling.

This is a Remote – Brazil position, meaning you can work from anywhere within the country. Please note that this role is only open to candidates in Brazil.
