Core Responsibilities

Lead financial modeling and monthly and annual projections for the loyalty program, forecasting subscribers, incremental sales, and benefit consumption. Diagnose deviations and business behavior trends, analyzing generated incremental value and user return to explain results to leaders. Build business cases for user acquisition and interaction initiatives, modeling economic impact to support pricing definitions. Manage relationships with various impacted areas, explaining financial results and participating in cross-planning processes.

Requirements

5 years of experience in strategic planning roles, financial consulting, or business analytics positions. University degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Actuarial Sciences, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related fields. Proficiency in database management and spreadsheet tools like SQL and Excel. Advanced level of English is desirable.
